We have a full programme of arts and crafts activities here at Bredon View Care Home which helps us all to get creative but has all kinds of wider benefits. Being creative helps with physical skills and dexterity as well as mental agility.
Our creative activities are also sociable and lots of fun and we all enjoy achieving together. And creativity definitely lifts our spirits and our mood and mental wellbeing.
