All The Comforts Of Home

You may be someone who likes sitting reading, watching television, or perhaps having a chat with others – whatever your preference, at Redlands Acre we have a place for you to enjoy doing what you like best.

Walk through from the hallway and you will find two comfy and cosy lounges as well as an attractive conservatory, which offers you a quiet and warm space from where you can enjoy views of the colourful gardens and visiting wildlife. Summer months and the warmer weather gives you the chance to take part in BBQs and the many other events we hold outdoors, often with family and friends there to join you.

We have a wide choice of fully furnished comfortable rooms, each of which has been individually and tastefully decorated; ready for you to make your own. We encourage you to bring those special personal items of furniture, treasured possessions and pictures to add to your room; our aim is for everyone to feel that they are living in their own home from home.

Redlands Court Care Suites

One special feature of the home is the Redlands Court Care Suites. Attached to the main house we have eight larger care suites, aimed at offering a more independent lifestyle, whilst maintaining access to our complete care service at all times. The suites are arranged around an enclosed atrium, which is a warm and bright space for sitting and relaxing in. Each suite has an open plan kitchen and lounge/diner with patio doors leading to their own private outside space with access to the main gardens. They also offer a double bedroom, bathroom with walk-in shower and a hallway. Residents access their suites via a private front door from the atrium. Our suites are perfect for those of you who like a little more private space or perhaps additional independence, whilst wanting the security of all the services a care home has to offer.

Leading A Fulfilling Life

At Redlands Acre we believe fun and laughter should be part of every day. Together with you, we plan lots of things to do; every day is different, and with plenty of variety there will always be something to interest you just around the corner. You might like good old-fashioned entertainment, testing your wits with word games and puzzles, lifting your spirits with some exercise, or simply spending time sharing your life story with a stroll down memory lane.

Outings can be fun too and we often organise trips out in our minibus to some of the lovely places we have on our doorstep in the Cotswolds. Whatever your preference, all of our activities help to maintain the strong sense of community you will feel in your home.

Healthy Eating

At Redlands you can enjoy good, nutritious food every day. All of our meals are made using quality ingredients to create dishes that you can look forward to. We work hard to provide you with a varied menu but if there is something you particularly fancy or a special treat you would like, then just ask our chefs.

We also cater for special dietary needs, so whether you are diabetic or suffer from food allergies, you will still find there is something made just for you. At Redlands Acre we are passionate about serving delicious food that you not only enjoy but that helps to keep you healthy and active.

Our Care & Fees

It is always people who make the difference to the spirit of a home, and at Redlands Acre our team has your wellbeing and happiness as their top priority. Not only do we use professional knowledge and experience to tailor a care plan to your individual needs, but we also know it is important to complement this with compassion and respect.

They say a kind heart works wonders, and nowhere is this more true than when dealing with your care. Rest assured that no matter how your care needs develop our staff will always look after you with dignity and respect. At Redlands Acre there will always be someone here for you, 24 hours every day.

Whether you are looking for a permanent home, respite care, or a stay to help you convalesce after an operation or illness, Redlands Acre will be able to help you.

Our fees include all those things that will not only give you peace of mind but are an important part of enjoying life: 24-hour care, accommodation, all meals and snacks, laundry and an extensive range of activities, entertainment and trips out.

We want you to have the care that suits you, which is why we take time to sit down with you, your GP and your family to create a personalised plan for looking after you; something that reflects not only your needs but also your personality and lifestyle. We will regularly review the plan with you and update it to ensure that you are always receiving the care that you want and deserve.
