This week we’ve enjoying having local school children and G-Fitness at the same time!
Yesterday the children were dressed up as part of World Book Day and wonderfully assisted with our afternoon fitness session.
Plenty of laughter, fun and games were had by all, especially when trying to catch the foam balls!
